If you already have strong systems or engineering experience, the role can lean about 70% toward cloud and endpoint engineering work from day one. If you’re still building toward that level, they’re open to bringing you up over time and shifting the role in that direction as you grow.

You’ll be based in the Miami office, which has around 40 employees, so you’ll have real visibility and the ability to make an impact day to day. At the same time, you’ll stay closely connected to the broader IT team and your manager in New York, where the headquarters sits. The manager is very technical, easy to work with, and someone who likes to mentor, so you’ll have support as you ramp and grow into the role.

From a technical standpoint, you’ll be working across Active Directory, Azure AD, Windows Server, O365, Exchange Online, Intune, and Autopilot, along with exposure to automation using PowerShell.
