You will not be stuck in a corner doing basic ticket work all day. You will be hands-on in a full cloud environment, supporting users, business-critical applications, hardware, software, AV, mobile devices, and a mix of off-the-shelf and homegrown trading applications.

The technology stack includes Azure, Office 365, Intune, Entra, AV, mobile devices, and other tools used across a high-performance finance environment.

This is a great fit for someone with solid IT fundamentals, good communication skills, and the drive to keep getting better. You do not need to know everything already. You do need to be curious, reliable, eager to learn, and comfortable supporting people in a fast-moving professional environment.

You will also have the opportunity to work alongside the Infrastructure Manager and Applications Engineering Manager on select projects and initiatives. That exposure will help you build skills beyond day-to-day support and understand how a growing technology environment is built, supported, and improved over time.

The person you will report to is someone I have known for over 15 years. He is calm under pressure, focused on results, and values developing his team. He is not a micromanager. He gives people room to do good work while providing guidance when it counts.

The firm is just under 200 people today and plans to grow to 400+ over the next few years. They have already passed $20 billion in assets and continue to invest in technology, people, and infrastructure to support that growth.
