Two members of the team have already moved into security roles, which should tell you how seriously they take growth.

Your manager is hands-on and technical. They’re looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and wants to build their skill set beyond basic support.


You’ll be working across Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune, Meraki, DUO MFA, and a virtualized environment. You’ll handle real troubleshooting, contribute to projects, and be part of improving how the environment runs.
