A top law firm has an opportunity for a Technical Support Specialist to join their Washington, DC office and play a key role in a high touch, in-person support environment.


You’ll be one of two people onsite, working closely together to support attorneys and staff while staying fully connected to a larger, highly collaborative IT team across multiple offices. You’ll be a go to resource locally, helping ensure support is running the right way day to day.

This is a visible position. You’ll be working directly with partners and senior leadership, delivering a white glove level of support where responsiveness, communication, and professionalism matter just as much as technical ability.


The firm has been around for over 100 years and has grown significantly over the past decade, roughly doubling in size and continuing to expand across key markets. They’re not slowing down and continue to invest heavily in technology and infrastructure to support that growth.

The CIO is highly technical, hands on, and meets with every technical hire. You’ll have access to leadership, strong mentorship, and a team that takes technology seriously.


Day to day is a mix of deskside and conference room support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, mobile device support, and working closely with users. At the same time, you’ll share ownership of the environment, help coordinate coverage, and make sure prioritization and the ticket queue are handled the right way.


The environment includes Office 365, Active Directory, Zoom, Neat with Zoom Rooms, MDM solutions, iManage, Citrix, and Intune.
