There’s an opportunity to step into the first dedicated AI Developer role inside a growing law firm that is making a real investment in AI.
This is not a role built around research, theory, or endless experimentation. The focus is building real applications. You’ll take internal ideas, early tools, and AI driven concepts and turn them into production ready applications that attorneys and business users can actually use.
The role is hands on and user facing. You’ll work directly with people across the firm to understand what needs to be built, gather requirements, and turn those ideas into practical tools that improve how the business operates.
The team is small, decisions move quickly, and there is very little red tape. You’ll have a high level of autonomy and the ability to help shape how AI gets built and used across the firm.
You’ll work closely with senior engineering and PMO leadership, with the goal of building out a full AI environment in Azure. From a technical standpoint, the environment includes C#, React, Node, SQL, APIs, and modern AI tools such as Claude, GPT, and similar platforms.
The firm is looking for someone who can build full stack applications and has been using AI to create real working products, not just test ideas. If you’ve been building practical AI driven tools and want a role where that work matters, this lines up well.
The firm is based in New Jersey, just outside New York City, and offers a hybrid schedule with work from home Mondays and Fridays. The company is also in a strong growth phase, which creates real opportunity for this role to evolve as AI becomes a bigger part of the business.
If you want to be the person helping build AI applications from the ground up inside a firm that is serious about investing in it, this is worth exploring.
