Desktop Support Specialist

You’ll be the face of tech support in a brand new New Jersey office for one of the top financial firms in the world. This is not a help desk role. You’ll be hands-on, supporting around 300 users face to face, making sure their day runs smoothly. A separate team handles the Level 1 calls, so you can focus on the real problem solving and relationship building.


You’ll work with a mix of Windows 11, Office 365, mobile devices, and hardware support. The environment is current, and the firm invests in technology that actually improves the user experience.


You won’t be flying solo. You’ll have another new hire alongside you, and one of the senior folks from Manhattan will help you both get up to speed. That team is just a call away if you need them, but here in NJ, you’ll have the space to own your work. The manager sits in Manhattan and fully trusts his team to do what is right. No micromanaging here.
