Desktop Support Specialist

You’ll be one of two people doing tech support in a brand new office for one of the top financial firms in the world. This is not a help desk role. You’ll be hands-on, supporting around 300 users face to face, making sure their day runs smoothly. A separate team handles the Level 1 calls, so you can focus on real problem solving and relationship building.


You’ll work with a mix of Windows 11, Office 365, mobile devices, and hardware support. The environment is current, and the firm invests in technology that actually improves the user experience.


You won’t be flying solo. You’ll be working alongside a Senior Tech who is transferring from the New York office and will be by your side as you get up to speed on the environment. Also, the rest team is just a call away if you need them, and here in NJ, you’ll have the space to own your work. The manager sits in Manhattan and fully trusts his team to do what is right. No micromanaging here.
