There’s an opportunity for a Technical Support Specialist to be the lead IT person in a brand new expansion office for a highly respected and fast growing law firm in downtown Dallas.


While this isn’t the headquarters, you’ll be onsite supporting attorneys and staff while staying fully connected to a larger, highly collaborative IT team across multiple offices.


The firm has been around for over 100 years, has more than 2000 employees, and is continuing to grow. They’re investing heavily in technology to give their users the best possible experience.


The CIO is extremely technical, sharp, and hands-on. He meets with every technical hire because he wants the right people joining the team. You’ll have access to leadership, mentorship, and a group that really understands technology.


Day to day will be a mix of deskside and conference room support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, mobile device support, and working closely with attorneys and staff. It’s professional but not stuffy, and they want someone who takes pride in delivering great service.

The environment includes Office 365, Active Directory, Zoom, Neat.io with Zoom for video conferencing, MDM solutions, iManage, Citrix, and Intune.
