You’ll be part of a strong End User Support group working in a modern Microsoft environment, including Office 365, Intune, Azure, and Entra ID. This is not a reactive ticket-only role. The leadership team is experienced, technical, and accessible. You’ll report to a manager who understands white-glove End User Support inside and out and challenges people to grow without micromanaging.
