You’ll start out in a systems administration role, but if you bring the right attitude and aptitude, there’s a clear path to grow into an engineering position.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Own and manage systems administration across Azure, Intune, Office 365, and on-prem environments
• Act as the escalation point for Level III and white glove support
• Manage the helpdesk relationship through the MSP
• Oversee Azure tenants, cost optimization, licensing, and user onboarding
• Handle networking tasks like TCP/IP, firewalls, and AV
• Lead backup and restore efforts and make sure systems are running smoothly
